Minnie St. Location

The Lighthouse Community Center is an outreach of Mariners Church working to meet unique, holistic needs of the Minnie Street community by growing individuals, strengthening families and building community.

DIRECTIONS• Take the 55 Fwy North
• Exit McFadden
• Make an immediate left at the first turnout
• Turn left onto McFadden
• When you cross Grand look for the train tracks
• Minnie St is the first right after the train tracks
(Note: Minnie St. is a small, one way street. It is officially part of  “Cornerstone Village” which is the sign you will see as you turn onto Minnie Street.)

PARKING
You have 4 options for parking:

1. Directly on Minnie Street: You may park in any unmarked, open space on Minnie Street.
2. Behind building #1010: You can park behind the Community Center apartment building. As you drive down Minnie Street, take a left at the first alleyway and another immediate left, which will take you behind the buildings. The building where the Community Center is located, (building #1010), has a small white and blue sign with our logo. You may park in one of the 5 spots behind the building. These spots are labeled “center” (look closely the words are faded). There is one police parking spot labeled with sign posts - please DO NOT park in this spot. You will be ticketed.
3. Dirt lot: This lot is in the alley parallel to the alley behind the center. You can park along the black fence, all the way at the end of the alleyway (corner of Standard & McFadden). The dirt lot has “tow away/no parking” signs everywhere. As long as you have your “Community Center” parking pass on your dash, they know you are approved to park there. Note: do not park in any spots that are numbered in any area.
4. Markland building: A parking lot near an industrial building located on the corner of Hathaway & McFadden (before you cross the railroad tracks & Minnie Street). You may park in this lot, facing the building (look for the white “Markland” sign - 1111 E. McFadden). As long as you have your “Community Center” parking pass on your dash so that they know you are approved to park there.

Wilshire Ave. Location

DIRECTIONS TO LCC WILSHIRE AVENUE
(Directions from Mariners Church)
• 55 Fwy North
• Exit McFadden
• Make an immediate left at the first
turnout
• Turn left onto McFadden Ave.
• Turn left onto Standard Ave.
• Turn left onto Wilshire Ave. (this is a
small left-turn lane, no signal)
• Community Center is located on the
corner of Wilshire Ave. & Minnie St. in
building #1235

Our center is in the middle of buildings #1229 and #1233 (behind the buildings). Look for the sign on the corner of Wilshire & Minnie St that says “Wilshire Apartments 1235 E. Wilshire” (on the grass). Go through the gate, following the signs for the Manager’s Office. Our center is attached to the Manager’s Office, in building #1235.

PARKING

• Parking is available on Wilshire Avenue and Minnie Street (along curb)
• Staff will provide you with parking permit to display on your dashboard

Additional Parking Options:

1. There are three reserved parking spaces available, located in the alley parking lot behind the community center. The spaces are numbered #85, #86 and #87. Please DO NOT park in any other spaces in the alley parking lot, as you will be towed or ticketed.
2. Parking is available at Madison Elementary School, which is within walking distance to the LCC Wilshire. The address of the school is: 1124 Hobart St, Santa Ana, CA 92707.
3. Parking is also available at Stater Bros. grocery store, located on the corner of McFadden Ave. and Standard Ave. The address is: 1230 E McFadden Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705.
